Front & Female Awards Singapore 2026: The Women Shaping Singapore’s Creative Scene
Six awardees were recognised in September for work spanning innovation, education, social impact, wellbeing, business and entrepreneurship.

The 2026 Front & Female Awards Singapore made its second edition a study in what leadership looks like beyond a single industry.
The ceremony took place on 2 September at Raffles Sentosa, where six women were recognised after more than 150 nominations were narrowed to 17 nominees across six categories.
The awardees were Grace Chia for Innovation, Lilian Ong for Education & Development, Jennifer Heng for Social Impact, Hamidah Aidillah Mustafa for Well-being, Claire Chiang for Business Leader and Gillian Tee for Founder.
Their work spans intelligent underwater robotics, leadership development, support for women facing crisis pregnancies, HPV and cervical-cancer advocacy, sustainable livelihoods and caregiving technology. Together, the stories offer a broader definition of the creative economy: one in which innovation is not limited to design studios, and influence is measured by what becomes possible for other people.
For Singapore’s cultural landscape, that matters. Fashion, design, technology, hospitality and social enterprise increasingly overlap, and the people shaping those fields are building systems as much as products.
The awards therefore feel timely. The most interesting creative leaders in Singapore are not simply producing things to be seen. They are changing how industries work, who gets opportunities and what a more inclusive future can look like.
